Stephen brings a dynamic blend of creative leadership and strategic acumen to his role as CEO. With over two decades of experience spanning the arts, entrepreneurship, and business consulting, Stephen is renowned for his ability to craft compelling narratives and drive organizational success. He co-founded and led a not-for-profit theater company for 17 years, where he honed his skills in storytelling, team building, and operational management. Transitioning into the corporate sector, Stephen has applied his expertise in sales, marketing, public relations, and operations to help organizations articulate their missions and achieve their goals. Stephen holds degrees from Ithaca College, the University of Alabama, and the University of Colorado. He's lived in New York City, San Francisco, and many places in between. Currently, he calls the beautiful foothills of Colorado home, where he lives with his family and a pack of miscreant mutts.
